Did you know we have a local chapter for the American Association of University Women here in Santa Cruz? This is a wonderful organization that is dedicated to creating gender equality, especially when it comes to pay. In the US, women are still paid just 83 cents to every dollar a man earns. AAUW provides career & pay negotiation training to help address this gendered pay gap, one woman at a time.
