To The New Year..

What We've Been Up To Lately

In December, I wrapped up an incredible time at the 2026 Game Plan conference in Los Angeles! Hosted by Performance Coaching at the stunning Skirball Center, it was a day packed with inspiration, connection, and meaningful takeaways. From dynamic sessions on elevating our businesses to hearing firsthand from industry leaders about what’s shaping real estate in the years ahead, every moment was a reminder of why I love this field.

Beyond the knowledge, it was the energy in the room that left me feeling so fulfilled. Collaborating with fellow agents from all over the US and Canada, sharing ideas, and walking away with fresh strategies to better serve clients—there’s nothing quite like it. Here’s to putting the plan into action and making 2026 our best year yet!

There is an explosive growth in the senior population. People are living longer, which means the need for skilled professionals able to serve the senior population is also growing. Homeowners' Net Worth

The numbers speak volumes.

By 2025, the projected median net worth of homeowners nationally is $430,000, compared to just $10,000 for renters.

Homeownership continues to be one of the most powerful tools for building long-term wealth. If you’re renting and thinking about your next move, this might be the sign you’ve been waiting for.

Let’s talk about how to make your homeownership goals a reality.

Thinking About Buying A Home And Have An ADU Or Plan To Build One?

Here’s something you might not know: you can use rental income from an ADU to help qualify for your mortgage.

If you’re working with a single-family property, this rental income can be part of the equation. It needs to meet a few requirements, like having a lease or appraisal in place and making sure the ADU follows zoning rules. Owner-occupied and investment properties may qualify too. It’s a great option to explore if you're looking to strengthen your buying power.

Want to talk through the details and see if this applies to your situation? I’m here to help.

January Go Green Tip Of The Month: Start The Year Fresh

This month, let your resolutions ripple out to the planet. Small shifts in your everyday habits can make a lasting difference.

Skip Single-Use Plastics Bring your own bags, water bottles, and travel mugs. It's a simple way to cut back on waste and start the day prepared.

Go Digital Opt for electronic bills, receipts, and files. Less paper means less clutter and fewer trees cut down.

Keep Cleaning Simple Reach for basics like vinegar, baking soda, and lemon. These ingredients are powerful, affordable, and planet-friendly.

Shop with Intention Buy in bulk when you can, support secondhand finds, and prioritize local businesses that keep your community thriving.

The greenest habits are often the most mindful. Start small, stay consistent, and let this year be your most sustainable yet.
